4th Annual Mark Studstill Award of Excellence

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 4th Annual Mark Studstill Award of Excellence. Helen Justice, Executive Director of DUI Counterattack, HCADA Board member and Chair of the HCADA Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force, received the award. Congratulations to Helen for this well deserved award- for her tireless service to the community and her passion and dedication to the mission of prevention and treatment of substance abuse in Hillsborough County. Attached photo of Helen after she received the award standing with Jane Studstill, Marci Lippincott and Joucy Alvarez-Diodonet. Thanks to Marci Lippincott and Goodwill for continuing the tradition of the Mark Studstill Award since 2008.
